Aft cabin

Large owner's cabin aft with adjoining bathroom and lockers under the berth. A large plexiglass facing towards the rear provides good light which is enhanced by the white paint of the partitions and linings. There are two portholes overlooking the cockpit, two others on the gangways, a deck hatch and a small fan for ventilation. There is the possibility of making two coffin berths on the sides.

Two forward cabins

Two forward cabins on each side of the keel well with bunk berths. The mattresses are comfortable. The deck hatches provide good ventilation. Both cabins overlook the forward bathroom.

Energy

The boat is energy self-sufficient. It is only plugged into an outlet once a year during the fairing. The utility park is made up of 4 AGM batteries of 100 Ah each. They were installed in 2021 and are connected to a battery monitor. A 300 watt monocrystalline solar panel was installed on the rear gantry in 2022. It charges the batteries via an MPPT regulator installed at the same time. There is also an Aerogen 4 wind turbine with all the bearings changed in 2022.

The engine charges its own starter battery (80 Ah, changed in 2021) via the alternator.

The two battery banks can be coupled if necessary.

Water and comfort on board

2 water tanks of 250 L each, or 500 L in total. Good autonomy for traveling. They are integrated into the hull and located amidships, under the galley and sink on the port side and under the chart table on the starboard side. The interior is coated with epoxy for food contact. They each have an inspection hatch on the top. Last cleaning in December 2022.

The cockpit sun awning also collects rainwater (8m²). Custom made in 2023.

The kitchen sinks are fitted with two taps: fresh water and sea water, operated by two new Whale Gusher MK3 foot pumps (installed in 2023).

Two bathrooms with similar equipment: Lavac WC and a sink with fresh water. The water comes to the tap with an electric pump. You can pull out the tap to create a shower. I never use the showers, just to test that they work! The water from the tanks flows into a box equipped with an automatic bilge pump. The forward box and pump also collect water that may enter the sail locker (there is a valve to choose from).

There is a sea water outlet in the cockpit (electric pump). You can connect a hose to it for cleaning, showering out of sight or anything else.

Fridge with air-cooled Isotherm compressor, boosted with two fans, and thermostat. The cooler is not very big but narrow and deep. The bottom can freeze.
